Refund Policy for Digital Services:

At Dysh, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital products and professional services. As such, all our products and services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products and the professional expertise involved in our services, we do not offer refunds. However, in any circumstances, if you wish to cancel the service you will receive only 20% of the payment if requested within the initial month of service. After this period, no refunds will be issued. To request a refund, please initiate the process by emailing us or reaching out to your assigned team member. Refund requests will be processed within a timeframe of 10 to 15 working days.

Third-Party Payments: Any payments made to third-party vendors are non-refundable, and Dysh does not hold any responsibility for such payments. The Client agrees that all third-party services engaged as part of this project are at the Client’s risk.

Refund Policy for Physical Collateral Services:

At Dysh, our core expertise and offerings are centred around digital services. We do not engage in, nor assume responsibility for, any physical printables or tangible collateral. Dysh solely focuses on delivering high-quality digital solutions, and we do not handle any aspect of physical production or printing.

In cases where Dysh may assist in providing guidance or design files for physical collateral (such as print-ready files for brand identity elements), it is important to note that we are not responsible for the final physical outcome. Any involvement Dysh may have in coordinating physical collateral with third-party vendors is purely supportive, and Dysh does not take responsibility for quality, errors, or issues arising from the printing or manufacturing process.

No Refunds: As we do not handle or manage physical printing, Dysh will not provide refunds or compensation for any physical collateral issues. Clients are encouraged to work directly with their preferred printing vendors and are solely responsible for finalizing and approving print materials.
